  • Soft, aliphatic, polyester-based, water-borne polyurethane dispersion. HD-2001was designed for use in textile applications that require a soft hand coupled with abrasion resistance, excellent adhesion and excellent resiliency. This versatile urethane is ideally suited for use as a finish for nylon and polyester threads and as a coating for nylon and vinyl substrates. HD-2001is also suitable for textile-coating applications that require excellent low temperature flex crack resistance. The low melt temperature also allows HD-2001to be used as a heat-sealable coating.   • A reactive epoxy diluent based on CNSL (biobased).  This renewable diluent exhibits very low color, visc reductions, hydrophobicity and flexibility.  Viscosity reduction similar to glycidyl ethers (C12-C14 types) and faster cure times at room temp and low temperatures.
  • Hydrocarbon resin modifier  with a viscosity of 450-750 cPs. A color gardner of ≤ 4.
  • Epoxy reactive diluent based on renewable CNSL (bio based) with a viscosity of 40-70 cPs. Color Gardner of 9.  This epoxy diluent will contribute lower viscosity, increase hydrophobicity and flexibility. See UL 513 for lower color and lower viscosity.  Similar properties to C 12-C 14 glycidyl ether epoxy diluents.  Slightly less Tg reduction vs GE epoxy diluents. Lite 513 E has lower total chloride and halogen content.
  • A room temperature curing agent designed to exhibit light color, good chemical resistance and low blush films when reacted with 190EEW bisphenol A epoxy resin. The low viscosity of this material makes it suitable for many high solids applications including self leveling flooring, floor toppings and maintenance coatings.
