An aliphatic, polyester-based, aqueous urethane dispersion specifically developed for factory coated PVC flooring.
HD-2139was developed as a high gloss, no wax topcoat for expanded PVC flooring. Can be factory applied as a fused coating during PVC expansion. HD-2139 is ideally suited for PVC roll or sheet goods requiring a 180 degree reverse bend.
