A concentrate for use as an economical D’Limonene emulsifier. D’Limonene micro-emulsion concentrates can be made that ‘bloom’ upon dilution. Soluble in water, alcohols, chlorinated solvents, terpene solvents, aromatic solvents and glycols. It is insoluble or dispersible in aliphatic solvents and oils.
