An aliphatic phosphate ester derived from ethylene oxide based surfactants. It is a mixture of mono and di esters, supplied in free acid form. It can easily be converted to the salt of an alkali metal or amine by neutralizing with the desired base. Soluble in water, alcohols, solvents, glycols and many oils.
