wetting/ dispersion

  • Pigment synergist developed for water-based systems. 98% active.
  • Modified polyacrylate polymeric dispersant based on CRP (Controlled Radical Polymerization) technology for solvent-based systems. High molecular weight working towards deflocculation of all types of pigments. Offers excellent performance in stabilizing both inorganic and organic pigments; very good stability performance in carbon black dispersions, where very high jetness can be achieved. In metallic systems, it gives a golden undertone for high channel black dispersions.
  • Based on ketoxime and phosphorous ester salt. Anti-gelling agent for air-drying alkyd and baking paints. In air-drying alkyds, the ketoxime forms a protective layer on the top of the paint to reduce oxidation.
  • Fatty acid modified polyester improved pigment stability over 6220. Color acceptance aid & dispersant for all kinds of pigments for water & solvent-based systems. Can be used to formulate resin free universal colorants. 96% active.
  • Special block-copolymer solvent-free dispersing agent for preparation of solvent and water-based pigment concentrates. Suitable for all type of pigments. Compatible with many let-down systems.
  • Solution of a sodium salt of an acrylic polymeric dispersing and wetting agent for water-based systems. Especially suitable for dispersion of inorganic pigments and fillers. Improved storage stability of both pigment dispersion and formulated paint. No adverse reaction to high temperatures or pH drift.
  • Non-ionic acetylenic diol based surfactant dispersing agent for water-based systems. A multi-functional additive, helps wet out difficult or contaminated substrates, lowers the surface tension of the system, improves pigment grind efficiency and prevents surface defects such as fisheyes, edge crawl and craters. Acts as a defoamer and due to its hydrophobic nature, reduces water sensitivity of the final system.
  • Alkylol ammonium salt of a HMW carboxylic acid wetting and dispersing agent for water and solvent-based systems. Very good anti-settling effect. Extremely suitable for wash primers.
  • Polymer with pigment affinity groups suitable for all solvent-based systems ranging from low to high polar, including air dry alkyd. Very good pigment stability, good viscosity and high color strength. Supplied as a 100% dispersant, making it an excellent dispersant for polyurethane, epoxy and UV coatings.
  • Cationic/anionic co-polymer with pigment affinity groups for wetting and dispersing in solvent-based systems. Improved version of 5207 with broader resin compatibility. Offers near-HMWD performance at a price point closer to conventional agents.
  • HMW carboxylic acid polymer for wetting and dispersing in solvent-based systems. Suitable to stabilize transparent iron oxide pigments. Can be used as a dispersant for other inorganic pigments and extenders to reduce the dispersion viscosity, making it useful in highly filled systems.
  • Unsaturated polyamide and acid ester salt for wetting and dispersing in solvent-based systems.
