wetting/ dispersion

  • Modified polyacrylate polymer based on CRP (Controlled Radical Polymerization) technology. Offers excellent performance in stabilizing both inorganic and organic pigments. Very good stability performance in carbon black dispersions, where very high jetness can be achieved. In metallic systems, it gives a golden undertone for high channel black dispersions.
  • HMW carboxylic acid salt wetting and dispersing agent for solvent-based systems. Higher polarity compared to 5044. Used in low to medium polar systems. Can cause yellowing in NC. Most recommended for bentonite gel preparations.
  • Fatty acid modified polyamide economical grade wetting and dispersing agent for solvent-based pigment dispersions. Designed to replace first-generation products such as 5044, 5054, 5207. Stabilizes pigments through electrical charge repulsion forces. Very effective in bentonite gel preparation. 100% active version of 5009.
  • Modified polyacrylic polymeric dispersant for water-based systems in all kinds of pigments within industrial coatings. Can be used to formulate resin-free pigment concentrates.
  • Fatty acid modified polyester emulsifier. It is recommended to improve color acceptance of colorants in base paints. The use in colored NC can improve the gloss. 96% active.
  • Modified polyurethane polymer dispersant for solvent-based systems. Perfect for inorganic pigments, especially Ti02 and matting agents. Widely used as dispersant for inorganic pigment for pigment concentrate preparation.
  • Modified polyurethane polymer dispersant for solvent based systems. Mainly used in preparation of pigment concentrates due to good compatibility and price advantage. Can be utilized as a dispersant in normal grinding, especially for inorganic pigments.
  • Modified polyacrylic polymeric dispersant for solvent-based systems (low to high polarity including TPA). High thixotrophy resulting in higher grind viscosity compared to polyurethane-based dispersants. Improves gloss, DOI and color strength while reducing flooding & floating.
  • Modified polyurethane polymeric dispersant for solvent-based systems. High molecular weight with very good pigment stability performance. Designed for organic reds and other difficult-to-disperse pigments. Recommended for epoxies, coil coatings, fluorocarbon coatings and other high quality applications.
  • Modified polyurethane polymeric dispersant for medium to low-polar, solvent-based systems. Suitable for can or coil coatings and polyester resin systems.
  • Modified polyurethane polymeric dispersant for solvent-based systems. Lower-cost alternative to 4046. Very good dispersing for broad range of pigments. Recommended for polyurethane, baking paint and epoxy.
  • Modified polyurethane polymeric dispersant for solvent-based systems. Universal and efficient for all pigments, including organic and carbon black. Improves dry film gloss and prevents floating/flooding.
