Polyether, polyester, and polycarbonate based
aqueous polyurethane dispersions – NMP-free, NEP-free, and UV curables.

  • An acrylic polyurethane dispersion with an exceptional balance of properties. L-3728 was designed for topcoat applications on a wide variety of substrates, including concrete, metal, plastic and wood. CHARACTERISTICS:
    • Excellent toughness, abrasion and mar resistance
    • Good water and chemical resistance
    • Excellent exterior weathering performance
    • Can be crosslinked to enhance performance
    • Dilution and clean-up with ordinary tap water
    • Contains n-methyl pyrrolidone (NMP) co-solvent
  • An aliphatic, silicone-modified, polyester-based, water-borne polyurethane dispersion. L-3466was designed primarily for topcoat applications where slip and abrasion resistance properties are required. L-3466contains a non-fugitive silicone component that provides low surface tension characteristics on flexible and rigid substrates including leather, plastics, metals and textiles. It also demonstrates exceptional dye transfer resistance in automotive leather seating and dry-erase, white board applications when crosslinked. CHARACTERISTICS:
    • May be formulated into low surface tension coatings
    • Exceptional dye transfer resistance
    • Excellent abrasion resistance
    • Higher silicone content (~2X) than HD-2602
    • Crosslinkable for improved adhesion and performance
    • Contains n-ethyl pyrrolidone (NEP) co-solvent
  • A VOC-free, non-ionic, UV-curable polyurethane dispersion. L-3415 is designed for UV-cured wood and plastic topcoat applications where highly chemical- and abrasion-resistant films are required.   CHARACTERISTICS:
    • VOC-free, APEO surfactant free
    • Non-ionic stabilization
    • Excellent chemical and stain resistance
    • Superior abrasion resistance
    • Fast water release properties
  • A self-crosslinking, aliphatic, water-based polyurethane dispersion designed for use inhigh performance concrete and wood floor coatings. L-3155employs a unique air-dry, self-crosslinking mechanism to impart chemical-resistance, abrasion-resistance and mar-resistance properties which equal or exceed those of two-component, water-based floor coating systems currently used in the market. CHARACTERISTICS:
    • One-component, self-crosslinkingpolymer
    • High level oftoughness, abrasion-and mar-resistance
    • Outstanding water and chemical resistance
    • Excellent exterior weathering performance
    • Contains n-methyl pyrrolidone(NMP) co-solvent
  • A hard, NMP-free, APEO-free, alcohol-resistant, aliphatic, polyester, water-borne polyurethane dispersion. L-2897 was developed for use on flexible and rigid PVC and other plastic substrates. It may also be formulated to provide gloss topcoats on cementatious, metal and wood substrates. This product exhibits superior chemical resistance properties, while maintaining excellent flexibility and gloss retention characteristics. CHARACTERISTICS:
    • Contains dipropylene glycol dimethyl ether (DMM) co-solvent
    • Excellent UV resistance
    • Exceptional alcohol resistance
    • Humidity resistance
    • Superior adhesion to PVC
  • A polycarbonate-based, aliphatic, water-borne polyurethane dispersion. Developed for general coatings use on wood, plastic and metal substrates. Offers exceptional resistance to hydrolysis, oxidation and UV-degradation.
  • A very hard, NMP-free, APEO-free, aliphatic, polyester polyurethane dispersion. L-2882 was developed for use on rigid PVC. Coatings containing this polymer form hard, tough, hydrolysis-, chemical- and stain-resistant films, which approach 2-component polyurethane performance levels. Superior adhesion to PVC makes it the ideal candidate for automotive interior parts, vinyl furniture and components. CHARACTERISTICS:
    • Superior adhesion to PVC
    • Excellent UV resistance
    • Exceptional alcohol resistance
    • Humidity resistance
    • Contains dipropylene glycol dimethyl ether cosolvent
