  • NexSil 8 is an alkaline dispersion of 8 nm colloidal silica at 30% SiO2 concentration in water. The particles are negatively charged and have a high specific surface area. The product can be used in a wide variety of applications such as precision investment casting, metal surface treatment, textile treatment, catalyst binder or other applications where a very small particle size colloidal silica is required.

  • A potassium salt of an organic phosphate ester used as a hydrotrope for acid and alkaline systems where low foam is desirable. Soluble in water, alcohols and glycols. It is insoluble in oils and solvents.
  • Pigment synergist for pthalocyanine, carbon black and violet pigments. To be used in combination with a HMW dispersant. Lowers viscosity of the mill base, improves gloss, jetness & pigment stability.
  • Based on ketoxime and phosphorous ester salt. Anti-gelling agent for air-drying alkyd and baking paints. In air-drying alkyds, the ketoxime forms a protective layer on the top of the paint to reduce oxidation.
  • Fatty acid modified polyester. Improved hydrophilicity over 6225. Yields better color strength, viscosity reduction, pigment stability and better color acceptance in water and solvent-based paints.
  • Fatty acid modified polyester improved pigment stability over 6220. Color acceptance aid & dispersant for all kinds of pigments for water & solvent-based systems. Can be used to formulate resin free universal colorants. 96% active.
  • Fatty acid modified polyester emulsifier. It is recommended to improve color acceptance of colorants in base paints. The use in colored NC can improve the gloss. 96% active.
  • Polymer with pigment affinity groups suitable for all solvent-based systems ranging from low to high polar, including air dry alkyd. Very good pigment stability, good viscosity and high color strength. Supplied as a 100% dispersant, making it an excellent dispersant for polyurethane, epoxy and UV coatings.
  • Special block-copolymer for wetting and dispersing in solvent & water-based primers and high filler loads. Good viscosity  depresser and mattting.
  • Cationic/anionic co-polymer with pigment affinity groups for wetting and dispersing in solvent-based systems. Improved version of 5207 with broader resin compatibility. Offers near-HMWD performance at a price point closer to conventional agents.
  • HMW carboxylic acid polymer for wetting and dispersing in solvent-based systems. Suitable to stabilize transparent iron oxide pigments. Can be used as a dispersant for other inorganic pigments and extenders to reduce the dispersion viscosity, making it useful in highly filled systems.
  • Unsaturated polyamide and acid ester salt for wetting and dispersing in solvent-based systems.
  • Acidic polyester phosphorous wetting and dispersing agent for both water and solvent-based systems. 100% active version of 5010.
  • Fatty acid modified polyamide economical grade wetting and dispersing agent for solvent-based pigment dispersions. Designed to replace first-generation products such as 5044, 5054, 5207. Stabilizes pigments through electrical charge repulsion forces. Very effective in bentonite gel preparation. 100% active version of 5009.
  • OH-functional unsaturated modified carboxylic acid for wetting and dispersing in solvent-based systems. Designed for stabilization of all kinds of pigments in air-drying alkyds.
  • Alkylol ammonium salt of a HMW carboxylic acid wetting and dispersing agent for water and solvent-based systems. Very good anti-settling effect. Extremely suitable for wash primers.
  • HMW unsaturated carboxylic acid wetting and dispersing agent for solvent-based systems. Silicone-free version of 5065, no foam stabilizing effect. Stronger anti-settling properties.
  • HMW unsaturated carboxylic acid with polysiloxane wetting and dispersing agent for solvent-based systems. An effective co-grinding agent, containing polysiloxane. Can be used as a post-add to correct floating and flooding problems. Can give foam stabilizing effect due to the silicone modification.
  • HMW carboxylic acid salt wetting and dispersing agent for solvent-based systems. Higher polarity compared to 5044. Used in low to medium polar systems. Can cause yellowing in NC. Most recommended for bentonite gel preparations.
  • Unsaturated polyamide and acid ester salt universal dispersant for solvent-based systems. Can be used to prepare bentonite gels.
  • Amine rich polymer of carboxylic acid and polyamide dispersing agent for carbon blacks and organic pigments. Specifically for artificial leather, polyurethane, alkyd, polyamide and printing ink systems.
  • Solution of acidic polyester phosphorous dispersing and wetting agent specifically designed for pure white paints in solvent-based systems. Very good viscosity reduction. Suitable for most solvent-based systems. Not suitable for air-drying ink systems.

  • High molecular weight dispersant that is pH independent for all pigments. Can be used in resin free concentrates.  Also used for color acceptance in let down media.
  • Modified polyacrylic polymeric dispersant for solvent-based systems (low to high polarity including TPA). High thixotrophy resulting in higher grind viscosity compared to polyurethane-based dispersants. Improves gloss, DOI and color strength while reducing flooding & floating.
  • Modified polyurethane polymeric dispersant for solvent-based systems. Supplied in 100% active form. Recommended for solvent-free systems where conventional wetting and dispersing agents cannot perform with organic pigments and carbon blacks. Extremely good compatibility with thermoplastic acrylic, NC and CAB. Great for ink dispersions also.
  • Modified polyurethane polymeric dispersant for solvent-based systems. High molecular weight with very good pigment stability performance. Designed for organic reds and other difficult-to-disperse pigments. Recommended for epoxies, coil coatings, fluorocarbon coatings and other high quality applications.
  • Modified polyurethane polymeric dispersant for solvent-based systems. Improved version of 4070 with no crystallizing problem and supplied in higher solids (45%). Recommended for refinish, can coatings, dispersion of transparent iron oxide and other industrial coatings and pigment concentrate preparations.
  • BTX-free modified polyurethane polymeric dispersant for solvent-based systems. Very effective in inorganic, organic pigments and carbon black dispersion preparation. Very-effective 3-dimensional steric hindrance design allows for good stability for all pigments. Very good viscosity reduction and improved color strength.
  • Modified polyurethane polymeric dispersant for medium to low-polar, solvent-based systems. Suitable for can or coil coatings and polyester resin systems.
