  • Short-chain modified polysiloxane silicone. Recoatable, will not influence intercoat adhesion. Recommended for baking paints based on alkyd-melamine, oil-free polyesters and thermosetting acrylics. Improves hot water soaking resistance.
  • Modified polyether polysiloxane silicone with improved leveling and anti-crater performance in polyurethane and UV coatings from 3250.
  • Modified polyalkyl polysiloxane silicone with better defoaming properties than 3236 but less than 3238 in medium to high polar systems. Suitable for soam sensitive systems, such as solventless polyurethane & epoxies. Improves matting in UV.
  • Modified polyalkyl polysiloxane silicone with better defoaming than 3236 and 3239 in medium to high polar systems. Moderate slip and leveling. Some in-can haze can occur. Suitable for foam sensitive systems such as solvent-less polyurethane & epoxies, also wood coatings.
  • Modified polyalkyl polysiloxane silicone with slip, leveling and defoaming properties. Suitable for foam sensitive systems such as, solventless polyurethane, epoxy and coil coatings. Small degree of in-can haziness to clear coats. High temperature resistance to 280°C.
  • Modified polyether polysiloxane supplied at 100% active. Acts as a universal slip and leveeling agent for all solvent-based systems. Main properties include anti-crater, slip and anti-Bénard formation.
  • Modified polyether polysiloxane silicone supplied at 100% active. Strong slip with "wet feel". Recommended for UV, metal coatings and baking paints. Enhances build up appearance in refinish coatings.
  • Modified polyether polysiloxane silicone that is one of the highest slip performers of Afcona silicone based leveling agents. Low foam, good compatibility and no influence to in-can transparency. Suitable for all sb systems where high slip is required.
  • Modified polyether polysiloxane based polymer with di-hydroxyl functional groups terminated at both ends. Can be cross-linked in polyurethane systems as well as in baking paints. Very high slip and leveling.
  • More polar combination of high boiling point solvents than 3037. Promotes the flow and prevents solvent boiling problems that lead to pin holes.
  • Blends of high boiling point solvent with silicone for slip and leveling in solvent-based systems. Contains small amount of very compatible polysiloxane. Promotes the flow of the system while preventing solvent boiling problems that lead to pin holes.
  • Modified polyether polysiloxane silicone for solvent-based unsaturated polyester systems. (UPE) Improves leveling and promotes a smoother surface. Also suitable in UV coatings.
  • Fatty acid modified polyester emulsifier. It is recommended to improve color acceptance of colorants in base paints. The use in colored NC can improve the gloss. 96% active.
  • Fatty acid modified polyester. Improved hydrophilicity over 6225. Yields better color strength, viscosity reduction, pigment stability and better color acceptance in water and solvent-based paints.
  • Modified polyacrylate polymer based on CRP (Controlled Radical Polymerization) technology. Offers excellent performance in stabilizing both inorganic and organic pigments. Very good stability performance in carbon black dispersions, where very high jetness can be achieved. In metallic systems, it gives a golden undertone for high channel black dispersions.
  • HMW carboxylic acid salt wetting and dispersing agent for solvent-based systems. Higher polarity compared to 5044. Used in low to medium polar systems. Can cause yellowing in NC. Most recommended for bentonite gel preparations.
  • Fatty acid modified polyamide economical grade wetting and dispersing agent for solvent-based pigment dispersions. Designed to replace first-generation products such as 5044, 5054, 5207. Stabilizes pigments through electrical charge repulsion forces. Very effective in bentonite gel preparation. 100% active version of 5009.
  • Modified polyacrylic polymeric dispersant for water-based systems in all kinds of pigments within industrial coatings. Can be used to formulate resin-free pigment concentrates.
  • Modified polyether polysiloxane silicone developed for high-slip applications where foam stabilization is undesirable. Good transparency, effective in all solvent-based coatings such as NC, AC, polyurethane and baking paints.
  • Modified polyurethane polymeric dispersant for solvent-based systems. Higher molecular weight compared to 4046. Improves dispersing performance, especially with carbon black pigments to provide higher jetness. First choice for high end applications such as OEM, refinish and industrial coatings.
  • Modified polyacrylic polymeric dispersant for water-based systems. Improved version of 4560 that gives better viscosity depression on pigments, especially carbon blacks and transparent iron oxides. More effective dispersant for colorants within water-based systems.
  • Modified polyurethane polymeric dispersant for solvent-based systems. Improved version of 4070 with no crystallizing problem and supplied in higher solids (45%). Recommended for refinish, can coatings, dispersion of transparent iron oxide and other industrial coatings and pigment concentrate preparations.
  • BTX-free modified polyurethane polymeric dispersant for solvent-based systems. Very effective in inorganic, organic pigments and carbon black dispersion preparation. Very-effective 3-dimensional steric hindrance design allows for good stability for all pigments. Very good viscosity reduction and improved color strength.
  • Modified polyurethane polymeric dispersant for solvent-based systems. Supplied in 100% active form. Recommended for solvent-free systems where conventional wetting and dispersing agents cannot perform with organic pigments and carbon blacks. Extremely good compatibility with thermoplastic acrylic, NC and CAB. Great for ink dispersions also.
  • Organically modified polysiloxane slip and leveling agent for aqueous systems. Very strong surface tension reduction and good compatibility properties. Very fast substrate wetting and anti-crater performance in all water based systems.
  • Organically modified polysiloxane slip and leveling for water-based systems. 50% solution of 3580 in DMP.
  • Polyether polymer modification with acidic groups for dispersing in solvent-based paints. Specially developed for PVC, UPE and PU foam systems where it can help to disperse filler and inorganic pigment in the system with good viscosity reduction & extender dispersions.
  • High molecular weight dispersant with solid surface affinity groups. Gives excellent wetting to the fiberglass leading to faster wetting of resin to the fiber glass & eventually gives better bonding strength & performance in the final product.
  • Special block-copolymer for wetting and dispersing in solvent & water-based primers and high filler loads. Good viscosity  depresser and mattting.
  • Pigment synergist for pthalocyanine, carbon black and violet pigments. To be used in combination with a HMW dispersant. Lowers viscosity of the mill base, improves gloss, jetness & pigment stability.
  • Replacement for PU catalysts, especially for tin-based catalysts like DBTL. One- and two- component polyurethane systems, e.g. for automotive refinish coatings, general industrial coatings, coil coatings formulated with blocked isocyanates. Condensation reaction in RTV silicone resins and accelerate the cross-linking process. Catalyst for PU foams.
  • Tytan coupling agents can enhance the dispersion of inorganic fillers in polymer systems such as PP, PE, by modifying the surface of filler particles. The content of fillers can therefore be increased, saving the cost of polymer, while maintaining the mechanical property.
  • Tytan ZPN is aqueous solution of ammonia zirconium lactate and is used in paint manufacture to improve gel strength, anti-sagging, paint structuring and levelling. Tytan ZPN shall be added at the last stage after formulated paint with typical level between 0.3 ~ 1.5%. Tytan ZPN works well in the surfactant stabilized paint as well as colloid stabilized paint.
  • Tytan CX400 is titanium chelate of alkanolamine titanate complex and developed as a rheology modifier for use in emulsion paints. Tytan CX400 reacts with colloid stabilized binders to impart thixotropic structure. Tytan CX400 is suitable for VOC free paint.
  • Tytan CX200 is a chelated Titanium Alkanolamine Complex developed as a rheology modifier for emulsion paints. Tytan CX200 reacts with colloid stabilized binders to impart a thixotropic structure to the paint through shear sensitive hydrogen bonding. Tytan CX200 has no to little effect on the rheology of emulsion paints based on surfactant stabilized binders. Tytan CX200 has improved compatibility with a broad range of paint formulations but it is still recommended that use of Tytan CX200 shall always be based on sample testing to evaluate potential interaction with other components or additives of the paint formulation.
