  • A hard, NMP-free, APEO-free, aliphatic, polyester-based, aqueous polyurethane dispersion with an exceptional balance of properties from Hauthaway. L-2877 was designed for topcoat applications on a wide variety of substrates, including concrete, metal, plastic and wood. CHARACTERISTICS:

  • An anionic, aliphatic, aqueous polyurethane dispersion with a low activation temperature from Hauthaway. L-2245 is an adhesive grade polyurethane suggested for industrial laminating applications where a pre-lamination coating is applied to a substrate and then dried. Ideal for bonding plasticized vinyl sheet to itself and to other substrates such as rubber, wood, cardboard and textiles.   CHARACTERISTICS:
    • May be crosslinked for improved adhesion and heat-resistance.

  • A high solids, anionic, aliphatic, aqueous polyurethane dispersion from Hauthaway. L-2255is an adhesive grade polyurethane suggested for industrial laminating applications. Suitable for bonding plasticized vinyl sheet to itself and to other substrates such as rubber, wood, cardboard and textiles. CHARACTERISTICS:
    • High solids (48%), co-solvent free
    • Can be crosslinked to improve bond strength and heat-resistance.

  • An anionic, aliphatic, aqueous polyurethane dispersion from Hauthaway. L-2183 is an adhesive grade polyurethane suggested for modifying industrial laminating adhesives. L-2183 may also be used in low tack pressure sensitive applications. CHARACTERISTICS

  • An NMP-free/APEO-free aliphatic, polyester-based, polyurethane dispersion designed to produce unequaled clarity and gloss from Hauthaway. L-3040 was designed for wood finishing applications, but it can be used on a wide variety of both rigid and flexible substrates. Use wherever gloss and clarity are of paramount importance.     L- 3529 can be used as a sole vehicle or blended with acrylic emulsions for spray or rotogravure applications. It may be thickened with associative thickeners for knife-over-roll or similar methods.
  • A very soft, co-solvent free, aliphatic, polyester polyurethane dispersion from Hauthaway. L-3614 was designed for use in applications that require an ultra-soft hand coupled with good strength, abrasion resistance, and excellent resiliency. It may be used as a blending resin with the harder L-3615 to impart increased toughness. A balanced composition provides good stability with acrylics and confers superior strength, abrasion resistance and low temperature flexibility properties.   CHARACTERISTICS

It may also be used as a blending resin with the softer L-3614 to impart greater film flexibility.
