  • A co-solvent free, flame retardant, aliphatic, aqueous polyurethane dispersion. HD-2313 was designed for use as a coating or finish for synthetic textile fabrics that must have permanent flame retardancy. This unique urethane dispersion is manufactured at high solids and without the use of solvent. Low add-on levels of HD-2313 will enable synthetic fabrics to pass various FR tests including NFPA-701, MVSS-302, & others. HD-2313 is well suited for use in textile coatings, such as automotive upholstery, that require outstanding strength and fire retardancy without the use of antimony-oxide/decabrome chemistry. Using HD-2313, a coating can be formulated to pass MVSS-302 and maintain required strength properties at a much lower coating weight than conventional coatings. This results in a much softer hand and possible cost savings. The high solids and solvent-free nature of HD-2313make it a very cost effective urethane. CHARACTERISTICS:
    • Permanent, non-leaching flame retardancy
    • Contains no co-solvent
    • Excellent cost/performance ratio
    • Soft, tough, flexible, dry film
    • Excellent low temperature flex crack resistance
  • Co-solvent free, high solids, flame-retardant, aliphatic, polyurethane dispersion. HD-2334 was designed for use as a coating or finish for synthetic textile fabrics that must have permanent flame-retardancy. Low add-on levels of HD-2334 will enable synthetic fabrics to pass various FR tests including NFPA-701, MVSS-302 and others. The film properties of HD-2334also provide a stiff hand and excellent molding/pleating properties. Due to its aliphatic composition, excellent UV resistance is also exhibited. CHARACTERISTICS:
    • Permanent, non-leaching flame-retardancy
    • Contains no co-solvent< Good UV resistance
    • Stiff, tough, flexible, dry film< High melting point (340°F)
    • Good low temperature flexibility and crack resistance
