DeCORE APCI-95MOD is a very low foaming, water soluble anionic corrosion inhibitor used for the prevention of rust on a variety of metal surfaces. It is suggested for use as an all purpose corrosion inhibitor for copper, brass, magnesium, bronze, galvanized steel, cast iron and other ferrous and non-ferrous metals. A very low foaming, nonionic, alkoxylated alcohol having a cloud point in water of ~15ºC. It has the lowest cloud point in a series of DeFOREST alkoxylates with cloud points ranging from 15°C to 61°C. Soluble in alcohols, glycols and solvents. It is water soluble below its cloud point, dispersible above its cloud point (13° -18°C), and insoluble in oils.
