  • An aliphatic, silicone-modified, polyester-based, water-borne polyurethane dispersion. HD-2602 was designed primarily for topcoat applications where slip and abrasion resistance properties are required. HD-2602contains a non-fugitive silicone component that provides low surface tension characteristics on flexible and rigid substrates including plastics, metals and textiles. CHARACTERISTICS:

  • A low cost, aromatic, polyether-based, aqueous polyurethane dispersion. HD-3011 is a highly versatile coatings and adhesive polymer for applications where lightfastness is not critical. Its dry surface and high melting point properties prevent blocking problems. Excellent for use as a solvent (MEK) reactivate-able adhesive for bonding and laminating applications. Compatible with acrylic and other aqueous polymers for optimum cost/performance balance.   CHARACTERISTICS:

  • Soft, aliphatic, water-borne, polyurethane dispersion. HD-4638 was designed for use in textile applications as a versatile polyurethane coating. Due to its overall properties, HD-4638 can be used as a finish or a coating for many textile applications. This product is ideally suited for use as an anti-fray finish on textile fabrics that must have a soft hand. HD-4638 is also suitable for textile coating applications that require excellent low temperature flexibility and crack resistance Characteristics:

  • A medium soft, high solids, co-solvent free, aliphatic, polyurethane dispersion. HD-4664was designed as a high solids, multi-purpose textile binder polymer. It may be used as a blending resin for harder polyurethane polymers to impart greater film flexibility. A balanced composition provides good stability with acrylic latices and confers superior strength, abrasion resistance and low temperature flexibility properties. CHARACTERISTICS:

  • Ultra-soft, aliphatic, water-borne urethane dispersion. HD-4670 was designed for use in textile applications that require an ultra-soft hand coupled with good strength, abrasion resistance, and excellent resiliency. Due to its overall properties, HD-4670 can be used as a finish or a coating. This versatile urethane is ideally suited for use as an anti-fray finish on textile fabrics that must have an ultra-soft hand. HD-4670 is also ideally suited for textile-coating applications that require excellent low temperature flex crack resistance. The extremely low melt temperature also allows HD-4670 to be used as a heat sealable coating.   Characteristics:

  • A polyester-based, hydroxyl-functional, aliphatic, water-borne polyurethane dispersion. HD-6000 was developed for use with water-dispersible, isocyanate crosslinkers such as Bayer’s Bayhydur 302 or Perstrop’s Easaqua X D 401 / M 501. The product, when crosslinked provides tough, chemical resistant, glossy coatings which may be applied to a variety of substrates including concrete, metals, plastics and wood materials. L-2245 is an adhesive grade polyurethane suggested for industrial laminating applications where a pre-lamination coating is applied to a substrate and then dried. Ideal for bonding plasticized vinyl sheet to itself and to other substrates such as rubber, wood, cardboard and textiles.   CHARACTERISTICS:

  • A high solids, anionic, aliphatic, aqueous polyurethane dispersion from Hauthaway. L-2255is an adhesive grade polyurethane suggested for industrial laminating applications. Suitable for bonding plasticized vinyl sheet to itself and to other substrates such as rubber, wood, cardboard and textiles. CHARACTERISTICS:
    • High solids (48%), co-solvent free
    • Can be crosslinked to improve bond strength and heat-resistance.

L-2357 was designed for a variety of coating and adhesive applications where the chemical- and thermal-resistance of a crosslinked system are required, but the use of a multiple component system is neither feasible nor desirable.
