  • Ravecarb are polycarbonate diols (PCD), which are aliphatic polycarbonate with molecular weight around 500-3000, and two terminal OH groups. PCD are increasingly well known and used intermediates for high performance PU systems in sectors like synthetic leathers, various coatings and resins for flooring or wooden surfaces, paints, elastomers, adhesives, sealants, liquid inks for printers, etc. In all those sectors PCD are undisputedly considered as the ultimate solution in terms of quality improvement for mechanical resistance, chemical resistance, elongation property, UV resistance, anti-scratch and anti-stain properties.

  • specific gravity: 1.01-1.04 visc: 250 appearance: white opaque liquid solids: 21-23 %
  • An extremely hard, aliphatic, polyester-based, aqueous polyurethane dispersion with exceptional chemical and early water-resistance properties. HD-2117was designed for topcoat applications on a wide variety of substrates, including concrete, metal, plastic and wood. HD-2117 produces films with exceptional adhesion to aluminum, excellent leveling properties and high levels of chemical resistance. CHARACTERISTICS:
    • Outstanding water and chemical resistance
    • Fast early water resistance development
    • Can be crosslinked to enhance performance
    • Dilution and clean-up with ordinary tap water
    • Contains n-methyl pyrrolidone (NMP) co-solvent
  • A co-solvent free, flame retardant, aliphatic, aqueous polyurethane dispersion. HD-2313 was designed for use as a coating or finish for synthetic textile fabrics that must have permanent flame retardancy. This unique urethane dispersion is manufactured at high solids and without the use of solvent. Low add-on levels of HD-2313 will enable synthetic fabrics to pass various FR tests including NFPA-701, MVSS-302, & others. HD-2313 is well suited for use in textile coatings, such as automotive upholstery, that require outstanding strength and fire retardancy without the use of antimony-oxide/decabrome chemistry. Using HD-2313, a coating can be formulated to pass MVSS-302 and maintain required strength properties at a much lower coating weight than conventional coatings. This results in a much softer hand and possible cost savings. The high solids and solvent-free nature of HD-2313make it a very cost effective urethane. CHARACTERISTICS:
    • Permanent, non-leaching flame retardancy
    • Contains no co-solvent
    • Excellent cost/performance ratio
    • Soft, tough, flexible, dry film
    • Excellent low temperature flex crack resistance
  • Co-solvent free, high solids, flame-retardant, aliphatic, polyurethane dispersion. HD-2334 was designed for use as a coating or finish for synthetic textile fabrics that must have permanent flame-retardancy. Low add-on levels of HD-2334 will enable synthetic fabrics to pass various FR tests including NFPA-701, MVSS-302 and others. The film properties of HD-2334also provide a stiff hand and excellent molding/pleating properties. Due to its aliphatic composition, excellent UV resistance is also exhibited. CHARACTERISTICS:
    • Permanent, non-leaching flame-retardancy
    • Contains no co-solvent< Good UV resistance
    • Stiff, tough, flexible, dry film< High melting point (340°F)
    • Good low temperature flexibility and crack resistance
  • A medium soft, high solids, co-solvent free, aliphatic, polyurethane dispersion. HD-4664was designed as a high solids, multi-purpose textile binder polymer. It may be used as a blending resin for harder polyurethane polymers to impart greater film flexibility. A balanced composition provides good stability with acrylic latices and confers superior strength, abrasion resistance and low temperature flexibility properties. CHARACTERISTICS:
    • High solids (50%)
    • Contains no co-solvent
    • Medium soft, tough, dry film
    • Superior abrasion resistance
    • Exceptional low temperature flexibility and crack resistance
  • A hard, co-solvent free, aliphatic, aqueous polyurethane dispersion. SUGGESTED USES: HD-4669 was designed for topcoat applications on a wide variety of substrates, including concrete, metal, plastic and wood. CHARACTERISTICS:
    • Contains no co-solvent
    • Extreme toughness, abrasion and mar resistance
    • Outstanding water and chemical resistance
    • High melting point
    • Can be crosslinked to enhance performance
