Fatty acid modified polyester emulsifier. It is recommended to improve color acceptance of colorants in base paints. The use in colored NC can improve the gloss. 96% active.
-
Special block-copolymer solvent-free dispersing agent for preparation of solvent and water-based pigment concentrates. Suitable for all type of pigments. Compatible with many let-down systems.
-
Solution of a sodium salt of an acrylic polymeric dispersing and wetting agent for water-based systems. Especially suitable for dispersion of inorganic pigments and fillers. Improved storage stability of both pigment dispersion and formulated paint. No adverse reaction to high temperatures or pH drift.
-
Non-ionic acetylenic diol based surfactant dispersing agent for water-based systems. A multi-functional additive, helps wet out difficult or contaminated substrates, lowers the surface tension of the system, improves pigment grind efficiency and prevents surface defects such as fisheyes, edge crawl and craters. Acts as a defoamer and due to its hydrophobic nature, reduces water sensitivity of the final system.
-
Polymer with pigment affinity groups suitable for all solvent-based systems ranging from low to high polar, including air dry alkyd. Very good pigment stability, good viscosity and high color strength. Supplied as a 100% dispersant, making it an excellent dispersant for polyurethane, epoxy and UV coatings.
-
Special block-copolymer for wetting and dispersing in solvent & water-based primers and high filler loads. Good viscosity depresser and mattting.

Fluorocarbon modified polyacrylic Anti-crater, substrate wetting and leveling agent for solvent-based coatings AFCONA-3670 is an improved version of AFCONA-3777 on managing surface control of coatings. It has lower surface tension than AFCONA -3777. The combination with a suitable polysiloxane for better overall performance is highly recommended. Due to the fluorocarbon modification, it gives lower surface tension than normal pure acrylic leveling agents. Therefore, it gives better anti-crater and improved substrate wetting. The obvious performances of AFCONA-3670 are: 1. improve leveling 2. prevent craters 3. help substrate wetting 4. act as a defoamer and de-aeration aid 5. do not interfere with intercoat adhesion AFCONA-3670 is suitable for all solvent based coatings, especially: 1. baking paints, as leveling and anti-crater agent 2. PU coatings, as leveling, anti-crater and anti inner bubble agent 3. epoxies, as leveling and anti-crater agent
