  • Modified polyether polysiloxane based polymer with di-hydroxyl functional groups terminated at both ends. Can be cross-linked in polyurethane systems as well as in baking paints. Very high slip and leveling.
  • More polar combination of high boiling point solvents than 3037. Promotes the flow and prevents solvent boiling problems that lead to pin holes.
  • Blends of high boiling point solvent with silicone for slip and leveling in solvent-based systems. Contains small amount of very compatible polysiloxane. Promotes the flow of the system while preventing solvent boiling problems that lead to pin holes.
  • Modified polyether polysiloxane silicone for solvent-based unsaturated polyester systems. (UPE) Improves leveling and promotes a smoother surface. Also suitable in UV coatings.
  • Fluorocarbon modified polysiloxane silicone with strong surface tension reduction property. This translates to excellent anti-crater properties, substrate wetting and improved vertical leveling. Suitable in solvent and water-based systems.

  • Modified polysiloxane silicone-based defoamer and deaerator for solvent-based systems. Good compatibility and clarity in high gloss UV systems, epoxies, polyurethanes, baking paints and other high viscosity systems.
  • Non-silicone polymer based defoamer for solvent-based systems. Anti-foam and de-aeration agent for solvent containing and solvent-free systems of epoxy, polyurethane, coil coatings and wood coatings.
  • Modified polysiloxane silicone based defoamer and deaerator for solvent-based systems. Shows very good performance for Epoxy and PU systems, especially solvent-less applications.
  • Non-silicone polymer based defoamer for solvent-based systems. Suitable for high solid and high viscosity systems such as UPE, polyurethane, epoxy and PMMA flooring.
  • Modified polysiloxane silicone-based defoamer and deaerator for solvent-based systems. For unsaturated polyester systems. Better transparency and defoaming than 2720 along with very good surface leveling. Compatible in epoxy resin systems.
  • Modified polysiloxane silicone based defoamer and deaerator for solvent-based systems. Suitable for high solid & high viscosity systems. (polyurethane and epoxy flooring)
  • Modified polysiloxane silicone-based defoamer and deaerator for UV coatings. The defoamer is to be dissolved in a reactive solvent (HEA).
  • Non-silicone defoamer for water-based systems. Best used in pigment paste preparation with excellent high-shear resistance.
  • Silicone containing defoamer in emulsion form for water-based system. AFCONA –2592is an effective defoamer for all kind of water-based systems. AFCONA –2592 can be used in high shear force process, and will not influence the property of performance. It also can be easily moved to the surface and destroy the surface air-bubbles in high viscosity systems. Especially suited for airless spray and roller to destroy small blister. AFCONA –2592 is recommended for below systems: 1) All water-based industrial paints 2) Water-based inks 3) Water-based pigment concentrates
  • Polysiloxane modified polymer defoamer and deaerator for water-based systems with broad compatibility. Does not introduce haze. Best added as post-add, or in low shear conditions.
  • Solution of a silicone modified polymer Effective defoamer for water-based coating systems with a good relation between defoaming and compatibility. An effective defoamer and deaerator. Prevents the formation of foam and blisters during manufacturing and application. It has a very good compatibility compared with good defoaming and deaeration properties and therefore it is very suitable for clear coat applications Very universal in use. Recommended for most of the water-based systems, especially clear applications. For use in grinding/mill bases AFCONA-2502 or AFCONA-2503 are better options. Can then be used as a post-additive.
  • Modified polysiloxane defoamer and deaerator for water-based systems. Best in polyurethane dispersions. Good defoaming as well as leveling and anti-crater action. Very easy to incorporate, even in low-shear conditions.
  • Organically modified Polysiloxane with hydrophobic silica Water based defoamer that suitable for clear coating and pigment concentrate preparation AFCONA- 2507 is an organically modified polysiloxane with hydrophobic silica which designed to give excellent performance in defoamer and anti-foam in all water based coating. AFCONA – 2507 have below performance and properties: 1) Suitable to eliminate process foams in PUD and polyarylic emulsion resins system. 2) Gives good shear force resistance. Suitable for pigment concentrate preparation and defoamer for printing ink systems. 3) It has low sensitivity against crater formation
  • Organically modified Polysiloxane Water based defoamer and anti-foam, especially for micro foams AFCONA-2505 is an organically modified polysiloxane which designed to give good defoamer and anti-foam in all water based coating. It has excellent performance against micro foam.AFCONA –2505 have below performance and properties:1)It has very good performance in high shear application. Under high shear environment such as long period of grinding, it still can maintain it good defoaming and anti-foam performance. Thus verysuitable to use as defoamer in pigment concentration preparation and high speed flexo printing process.2)It also effective as defoamer in normally coating ranging from PU dispersion to normal acrylic based decorativepaint.3)Beside good defoaming and anti-foam properties, it also has excellent performance against microfoams.4)It has low sensitivity against crater formation.  
  • Modified polysiloxane defoamer for water-based applications. Used as a preparation of pigment concentrates.
  • Modified polysiloxane with fine silica for water-based systems. Very high resistance to shear forces and temperature.
