  • A partially bio-renewable resource based, NMP-free, soft, aliphatic, water-borne, polyurethane dispersion from Hauthaway. L-3360 was designed for use in textile applications as a versatile polyurethane coating. Due to its overall properties, L-3360 can be used as a finish or a coating for many textile applications. This product is ideally suited for use as an anti-fray finish on textile fabrics that must have a soft hand. L-3360 is also suitable for textile coating applications that require excellent low temperature flexibility and crack resistance. CHARACTERISTICS:

  • A partially, renewable resource-based, hard, aliphatic, polyester-based, aqueous polyurethane dispersion with good chemical and water-resistance properties from Hauthaway. L-3369 was designed for topcoat applications on a wide variety of substrates, including concrete, metal, plastic and wood. L-3369 produces glossy films with excellent leveling properties and good stain- and chemical-resistance to a variety of household food and cleaning products. CHARACTERISTICS:

  • A water-borne, UV-curable, polycarbonate-based polyurethane dispersion. Suggested Uses: L-3685 is designed for UV-cured plastic topcoat applications where exterior weathering durability, abrasion-resistant and chemical-resistant films are required. Potential end-use applications include automotive plastics, kitchen cabinets and wood flooring. Characteristics:

L-2357 was designed for a variety of coating and adhesive applications where the chemical- and thermal-resistance of a crosslinked system are required, but the use of a multiple component system is neither feasible nor desirable.

  • A water-borne, UV-curable, polycarbonate-based polyurethane dispersion.   • A self-crosslinking, aliphatic, water-based polyurethane dispersion designed for use in high performance concrete and wood floor coatings. L-3786 employs a unique air-dry, self-crosslinking mechanism to impart chemical-resistance, abrasion-resistance and mar-resistance properties which equal or exceed those of two-component, water-based floor coating systems currently used in the market.

    L-3786 can be used as a sole vehicle or blended with acrylic emulsions for spray, brush or roller applications. Rheology modifications can be made with associative thickeners to optimize application properties.
  • A pyrrolidone-free, acrylic polyurethane dispersion with an exceptional balance of properties. L-3773 was designed for topcoat applications on a wide variety of substrates, including concrete, metal, plastic and wood. L-3773 can be used as a sole vehicle or blended with acrylic emulsions for spray or rotogravure applications.   • Soft, aliphatic, polyester-based, water-borne polyurethane dispersion. HD-2001was designed for use in textile applications that require a soft hand coupled with abrasion resistance, excellent adhesion and excellent resiliency. This versatile urethane is ideally suited for use as a finish for nylon and polyester threads and as a coating for nylon and vinyl substrates. HD-2001is also suitable for textile-coating applications that require excellent low temperature flex crack resistance. The low melt temperature also allows HD-2001to be used as a heat-sealable coating. When properly formulated, HD-2001can be used as a coating for awning fabrics, boat cover fabrics, and other architectural fabrics. CHARACTERISTICS:

  • A soft. aliphatic, polyester-based, aqueous polyurethane dispersion. HD-2101 was designed primarily for use on flexible substrates as a coating, saturant or impregnant. CHARACTERISTICS:

HD-2334 was designed for use as a coating or finish for synthetic textile fabrics that must have permanent flame-retardancy. Low add-on levels of HD-2334 will enable synthetic fabrics to pass various FR tests including NFPA-701, MVSS-302 and others. The film properties of HD-2334also provide a stiff hand and excellent molding/pleating properties. Due to its aliphatic composition, excellent UV resistance is also exhibited. CHARACTERISTICS:

  • A co-solvent free, flame retardant, aliphatic, aqueous polyurethane dispersion. HD-2313 was designed for use as a coating or finish for synthetic textile fabrics that must have permanent flame retardancy. This unique urethane dispersion is manufactured at high solids and without the use of solvent. Low add-on levels of HD-2313 will enable synthetic fabrics to pass various FR tests including NFPA-701, MVSS-302, & others. HD-2313 is well suited for use in textile coatings, such as automotive upholstery, that require outstanding strength and fire retardancy without the use of antimony-oxide/decabrome chemistry. Using HD-2313, a coating can be formulated to pass MVSS-302 and maintain required strength properties at a much lower coating weight than conventional coatings. This results in a much softer hand and possible cost savings. The high solids and solvent-free nature of HD-2313make it a very cost effective urethane. CHARACTERISTICS:
