  • A soft, aliphatic, polyester-based, aqueous polyurethane dispersion. L-2969was designed primarily for use on flexible substrates as a coating, saturant or impregnant. L-2969 may also be used as a blending resin with harder polyurethane dispersions to impart flexibility without adversely effecting chemical resistance. CHARACTERISTICS:

  • Soft, aliphatic, water-borne polyurethane dispersion in a blend of DMM and propylene glycol solvents. L-2985 was designed for use in textile applications that require a soft hand coupled with very good strength, abrasion resistance, excellent adhesion, and excellent resiliency. Due to its overall properties, L-2985 can be used as a finish or a coating. This versatile urethane is ideally suited for use as a finish for nylon and polyester threads and as a coating for nylon and vinyl substrates. L-2985is also ideally suited for textile-coating applications that require excellent low temperature flex crack resistance. The low melt temperature also allows L-2985to be used as a heat seal coating. When properly formulated, L-2985can be used as a coating for awning fabrics, boat cover fabrics, and other architectural fabrics. CHARACTERISTICS:

  • An aliphatic, polyester-based, water-borne polyurethane dispersion. HD-2142was developed for use on flexible and rigid PVC, and treated polypropylene film. Coatings containing this polymer form hard, tough, chemical- and stain-resistant films. Superior adhesion to PVC makes it the ideal candidate for vinyl sheet goods, automotive interior parts, vinyl furniture and components. CHARACTERISTICS:

  • ANMP-free, TEA-free, aliphatic, silicone-modified, polyester-based, water-borne polyurethane dispersion. L-3645was designed primarily for topcoat applications where slip and abrasion resistance properties are required. L-3645contains a non-fugitive silicone component that provides low surface tension characteristics on flexible and rigid substrates including leather, plastics, metals and textiles.It also demonstrates exceptional dye transfer resistance in automotive leather seating and dry-erase, white boardapplications when crosslinked. HD-2602 was designed primarily for topcoat applications where slip and abrasion resistance properties are required. HD-2602contains a non-fugitive silicone component that provides low surface tension characteristics on flexible and rigid substrates including plastics, metals and textiles. CHARACTERISTICS:

  • An acrylic polyurethane dispersion with an exceptional balance of properties. L-3728 was designed for topcoat applications on a wide variety of substrates, including concrete, metal, plastic and wood. CHARACTERISTICS:

  • PANGEL S9 is a highly efficient powder rheological additive manufactured from high purity sepiolite, for the use in aqueous systems. It is a powder additive that modifies the aqueous systems to which it is added.
  • PANGEL HV is a high efficiency rheological additive, manufactured from high purity sepiolite. Its presentation as a high porosity pellet avoids handling with powder, allowing for maximum efficiency. It is a rheological additive in the form of pellets, for a more convenient handling system.
  • PANGEL B5 is a powdered additive with a high thickening and anti-settling capacity for low polarity systems, particularly recommended for systems based on both aliphatic solvents and mineral or synthetic oils used as vehicle in liquid formulations.

    Properties

    PANGEL B5 is particularly recommended to provide thixotropic, suspension and sagging-resistance properties to systems based on both aliphatic type solvents and mineral or synthetic oils. PANGEL B5 shows high thickening capacity in low polarity systems without the use of a polar activator for its dispersion. Use of PANGEL B5 has the following advantages against other conventional additives:
    • Decrease of sedimentation
    • High thickening capacity
    • Does not require polar activator
    • High capacity for thikening inverted emulsions
    • Control of sagging and dripping while improves stability.

  • Pangel B-10 is a powdered additive with a high thickening and anti-settling capacity for intermediate-low polarity systems, particularly recommended for systems based on white spirit type solvents.
