  • ROFOB PY K 2R, it’s brand new universal water repellent agent specifically designed to be a fluorine and silicone free fabric treatment polymer for textile formulations. Applications in cotton, synthetic and blended materials water repellent finishing. Camping materials and cotton tarpaulins -included its blends with synthetic fiber- water column resistant finish. ROFOB PY K-2R may be added to bath together with any usual synthetic resins of high quality finishing, as well as based on polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) handle modifiers. In the same way, it may be combined with fungicides, respecting the ionicity.   Properties:

  • A pyrrolidone-free, acrylic polyurethane dispersion with an exceptional balance of properties. L-3773 was designed for topcoat applications on a wide variety of substrates, including concrete, metal, plastic and wood. L-3773 can be used as a sole vehicle or blended with acrylic emulsions for spray or rotogravure applications.   • A self-crosslinking, aliphatic, water-based polyurethane dispersion designed for use in high performance concrete and wood floor coatings. L-3786 employs a unique air-dry, self-crosslinking mechanism to impart chemical-resistance, abrasion-resistance and mar-resistance properties which equal or exceed those of two-component, water-based floor coating systems currently used in the market.

  • A partially, renewable resource-based, hard, aliphatic, polyester-based, aqueous polyurethane dispersion with good chemical and water-resistance properties from Hauthaway. L-3369 was designed for topcoat applications on a wide variety of substrates, including concrete, metal, plastic and wood. L-3369 produces glossy films with excellent leveling properties and good stain- and chemical-resistance to a variety of household food and cleaning products. CHARACTERISTICS:

  • A partially bio-renewable resource based, NMP-free, soft, aliphatic, water-borne, polyurethane dispersion from Hauthaway. L-3360 was designed for use in textile applications as a versatile polyurethane coating. Due to its overall properties, L-3360 can be used as a finish or a coating for many textile applications. This product is ideally suited for use as an anti-fray finish on textile fabrics that must have a soft hand. L-3360 is also suitable for textile coating applications that require excellent low temperature flexibility and crack resistance. CHARACTERISTICS:

  • A soft, halogen-free, flame retardant, aliphatic, polyurethane dispersion from Hauthaway. L-3192 was designed for use as a coating or finish for synthetic textile fabrics that must have permanent flame retardancy. This unique urethane dispersion is manufactured at high solids and without the use of solvent. Low add-on levels of L-3192 will enable synthetic fabrics to pass various FR tests including NFPA-701 and MVSS-302. L-3192 is well suited for use in textile coatings, such as automotive upholstery, that require outstanding strength and flame retardancy. Using L-3192, a coating can be formulated to pass MVSS-302 and maintain required strength properties at a much lower coating weight than conventional coatings. This results in a much softer hand and possible cost savings. CHARACTERISTICS:

The product offers exceptional resistance to hydrolysis, oxidation and UV-degradation.   • An anionic, aliphatic, aqueous polyurethane dispersion with a low activation temperature from Hauthaway. L-2245 is an adhesive grade polyurethane suggested for industrial laminating applications where a pre-lamination coating is applied to a substrate and then dried. Ideal for bonding plasticized vinyl sheet to itself and to other substrates such as rubber, wood, cardboard and textiles.   CHARACTERISTICS:
    • May be crosslinked for improved adhesion and heat-resistance.
    • Non-crystalline nature
