  • A partially, renewable resource-based, hard, aliphatic, polyester-based, aqueous polyurethane dispersion with good chemical and water-resistance properties from Hauthaway. L-3369 was designed for topcoat applications on a wide variety of substrates, including concrete, metal, plastic and wood. L-3369 produces glossy films with excellent leveling properties and good stain- and chemical-resistance to a variety of household food and cleaning products. CHARACTERISTICS:

  • An aliphatic, silicone-modified, polyester-based, water-borne polyurethane dispersion. L-3466was designed primarily for topcoat applications where slip and abrasion resistance properties are required. L-3466contains a non-fugitive silicone component that provides low surface tension characteristics on flexible and rigid substrates including leather, plastics, metals and textiles. It also demonstrates exceptional dye transfer resistance in automotive leather seating and dry-erase, white board applications when crosslinked. CHARACTERISTICS:

  • A co-solvent free, polycarbonate-based, aliphatic, polyurethane dispersion from Hauthaway. L-3528 was developed for general coatings use on wood, plastic and metal substrates. The product offers exceptional resistance to hydrolysis, oxidation and UV-degradation. L-3528 is ideally suited for exterior applications where film durability and longevity are important considerations. CHARACTERISTICS:

  • A soft, co-solvent free, aliphatic, polycarbonate-based polyurethane dispersion from Hauthaway. L-3529 was designed primarily for use on flexible substrates as a coating, saturant or impregnant. It may be blended with L-3528 to increase hardness.   CHARACTERISTICS
    • Maximum hydrolytic stability and oxidation resistance

    L- 3529 can be used as a sole vehicle or blended with acrylic emulsions for spray or rotogravure applications. It may be thickened with associative thickeners for knife-over-roll or similar methods.
  • A very soft, co-solvent free, aliphatic, polyester polyurethane dispersion from Hauthaway. L-3614 was designed for use in applications that require an ultra-soft hand coupled with good strength, abrasion resistance, and excellent resiliency. It may be used as a blending resin with the harder L-3615 to impart increased toughness. A balanced composition provides good stability with acrylics and confers superior strength, abrasion resistance and low temperature flexibility properties.   CHARACTERISTICS

  • A hard, co-solvent free, aliphatic, polyester polyurethane dispersion from Hauthaway. L-3615 was designed for topcoat applications on a wide variety of substrates, including concrete, metal, plastic and wood. It may also be used as a blending resin with the softer L-3614 to impart greater film flexibility. A balanced composition provides good stability with acrylics and confers superior strength, abrasion resistance and low temperature flexibility properties.   CHARACTERISTICS

    • Medium hard, tough, dry film

L-3645was designed primarily for topcoat applications where slip and abrasion resistance properties are required. L-3645contains a non-fugitive silicone component that provides low surface tension characteristics on flexible and rigid substrates including leather, plastics, metals and textiles.It also demonstrates exceptional dye transfer resistance in automotive leather seating and dry-erase, white boardapplications when crosslinked.
