ROFOB PY K-2R may be added to bath together with any usual synthetic resins of high quality finishing, as well as based on polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) handle modifiers.   • Cardolite Ultra LITE 2020is a low viscosity, solvent-free multipurpose resin modifier designed for use in coatings, adhesives, and other applications. The long hydrophobic aliphatic side chain of the cardanol molecule gives this product a very low viscosity and provides excellent early water resistance and corrosion protection. Used as an epoxy diluent, high viscosity solvent or solvent free formulations can achieve enhanced workability and higher solids without sacrificing other performance properties using this product. This product also has the ability to react and be used in alkyds, urethanes, and acrylics. Cardolite UltraLITE 2020 was designed as a formulation tool to reduce VOC levels and viscosity of coating and adhesive systems. Although higher in viscosity than some other modifiers, the structure of this product gives excellent dilution efficiency to help rapidly reduce viscosity for improved pigment wetting, flexibility, and general application properties. Physical properties such as water resistance, corrosion protection, color stability, chemical resistance, and gloss are not significantly compromised with the addition of Ultra LITE 2020, and the product can be added in on either component side of multi-part formulations. HD-2313 was designed for use as a coating or finish for synthetic textile fabrics that must have permanent flame retardancy. This unique urethane dispersion is manufactured at high solids and without the use of solvent. Low add-on levels of HD-2313 will enable synthetic fabrics to pass various FR tests including NFPA-701, MVSS-302, & others. HD-2313 is well suited for use in textile coatings, such as automotive upholstery, that require outstanding strength and fire retardancy without the use of antimony-oxide/decabrome chemistry. Using HD-2313, a coating can be formulated to pass MVSS-302 and maintain required strength properties at a much lower coating weight than conventional coatings. This results in a much softer hand and possible cost savings. The high solids and solvent-free nature of HD-2313make it a very cost effective urethane. CHARACTERISTICS:
